How do I cancel my order?

We start processing orders very quickly after they are recieved but we will try our best to accomodate your cancellation request. Please contact us via the contact page on our website and include your order number.

When will my order arrive?

We have a processing time of 2-3 business days. Once the carrier has the package, we have no control over how long it takes to arrive. Please contact the carrier if you have concerns with how your package is tracking.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Please use the carriers website to track your order with the tracking number we provided. If there is an issue, we will do our best to asssit. Simply contact us via our contact page. 

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You cannot return or exchange your items as all orders are made to order. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

Please reach out to us if there are any concerns with your product via our contact page. We upload items as accurately as possible, but if there is a mistake on our part, we will make it right!
